Terms for using this website and buying a NetSnap Survey subscription.
Agreement
By using this website or buying NetSnap Survey you agree to these terms. The software itself is also covered by the End User License Agreement. Verenity LLC may update these terms by posting a new version.
Free mode and subscriptions
Free mode shows details for up to 32 devices per survey, with no time limit and no account. A yearly subscription, $599 per year, removes the device limit. One license covers one machine and is tied to that machine's Machine ID. Buy an additional license for each other machine.
When a license expires, NetSnap Survey returns to free mode, and saved surveys still open. Updates are included for the subscription term. A license can be reissued to a new machine. A trial is a license with a 14-day expiry.
Authorized use only
You may scan only networks you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for having that authorization before each survey. NetSnap Survey asks you to confirm it, and that confirmation is yours.
Your responsibilities
Keep your passphrase safe. We cannot recover a passphrase or open an encrypted survey without it. Do not share, resell or tamper with license files.
No warranty, limited liability
The website and software are provided as they are, without warranties to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
