Buy and activate your license
One license covers one machine. It is tied to that machine’s Machine ID and verifies offline.
Online accounts are coming soon. To buy or move a license now, email [email protected] or [email protected] with your Machine ID.
How buying works

Create a NetSnap account
Sign up with your email address as the username, and a password.

Enter your Machine ID and email
Open the License panel in NetSnap Survey and copy the Machine ID. It looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it, along with the email address the license should be sent to.

Pay securely through Stripe
Checkout is handled by Stripe.

Receive your .lic file
Your .lic file is emailed to you, and it is always available in your account.

Upload it in the License panel
Upload the .lic file in NetSnap Survey’s License panel. The license verifies offline, so the machine does not need internet.
Manage licenses from your account
- Download your license file again at any time.
- Reissue your license to a new machine, for example after a replaced laptop or a rebuilt PC.
- Buy additional licenses for other machines.

Good to know
Can I try it first?
Free mode shows details for up to 32 devices per survey, with no time limit. For a trial of the full version, email [email protected] with your Machine ID. A trial is a license with a 14-day expiry.
What happens when the license expires?
NetSnap Survey goes back to free mode. Your saved surveys still open.
