End User License Agreement
The license for the NetSnap Survey software.
Grant
Verenity LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use NetSnap Survey. Free mode may be used without a license file. A paid license lets you use NetSnap Survey on one machine, the machine whose Machine ID the license was issued for, for the subscription term.
Restrictions
You may not copy the software except as needed to use it on your licensed machine, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, remove license checks, or share or resell license files.
Authorized scanning
You may run NetSnap Survey only against networks you own or are authorized to test. You are solely responsible for that authorization. Scanning networks without permission may be unlawful.
Licenses and expiry
A license is tied to one machine. A license that expires returns the software to free mode, and saved surveys still open. A license can be reissued to a new machine.
Updates
Updates are included for the subscription term.
Ownership
Verenity LLC owns the software. This agreement gives you a right to use it, not ownership. Surveys and exports you create are yours.
No warranty, limited liability
The software is provided as it is, without warranties to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
Ending the agreement
We may end this agreement if you break it.
